Not only is Harry well-versed in the mortgage lending space, he is a diversified commercial and residential developer with over 30 years of leadership experience and expert qualification in a l phases of property development, management, financing, leasing, design and construction. Harry brings extensive knowledge of planning, development and building experience to the project. Harry’s primary roles and responsibilities include site selection and market analysis, land acquisition, land development, multi-site project management, subcontractor sourcing and selection, purchasing and inventory control, budget management, contract negotiations, financial analysis, banking relations, building code practices for residential and commercial, safety and quality management.

Harry graduated with a BS in Finance from St. Edward’s University. He is a member of the Greater Houston Builder Association, National Association of Builders and Houston Apartment Association.
